CellPlate is complete software for quantification of cell cultures. It is composed of two modules: Plate Designer & Plate Analyzer

Plate Designer

This module makes it possible to define, in an interactive and simple way, the type of plates used (from 6 to 384 wells) and the position of the wells.

Plate Analyser

This module makes it possible to carry out the reading of the plates after having defined the type of analysis to be carried out by regulating the following parameters (nonexhaustive list):

- type of plates,

- conditions for acquisition of the images

- type of exploration

- measurements to be carried out

- thresholding and classification in 5 categories

- complex image processing

The parameters can be saved inside a file for analysis protocols. The user can then use these protocols to analyze in real time or on previously acquired images. The results are gathered within a spreadsheet. For each measurement, the user has estimated and statistical measurements.

This system is adaptable to any microscope which allows control of all or some of its peripherals. Please check with us for a list of compatible micrcoscopes or see the list of supported devices.
